Strategic Approach: "Disciple Light" as the First Step
Begin with those who are lightly homeless—individuals who are on the edge of homelessness or currently homeless but still have mental clarity, social capacity, and a desire for change. These individuals are invited into:

Faith-based community, where they experience belonging and spiritual formation.

Educational programs, focused on life skills, emotional healing, and vocational training.

Micro-business opportunities, enabling them to contribute meaningfully and earn income.​

These "disciple-light" individuals are not only supported—they are discipled to become disciplers.

Vision: Multiplying Impact for the Severely Homeless
As these initial disciples mature, they are equipped and commissioned to:

Build trust with more severely homeless individuals (e.g., long-term street dwellers, addicts, or those with mental health challenges).

Serve as bridge figures—people who’ve walked the path and now lead others with understanding and grace.
